Eggs for hair?

Just in time for Easter, throw some egg on your hair!  It seems kind of odd but really eggs are one of the greatest proteins for your hair to give it that strength and shine you may need after a tough winter.

Use 1/2 cup of egg and apply to clean, damp hair or more as needed.  Leave on for 20 minutes, rinse with cool water (to prevent egg from “cooking”) and shampoo hair. Try this once a month and let your hair shine!!

For normal hair: use the entire egg.  For oily hair: use egg whites only.  For dry hair: use egg yolks only.
