Take time to swing

 

We all get busy.  Too busy to clean, to exercise, to sleep.  But it’s important to take little breaks with yourself to enjoy and reflect on things.

Sitting in a swing and having some peace and quiet is a great way to ease the mind.  You’re able to relax yourself physically with the sway of the swing and give your self a mental break.

Of course, if you don’t have a swing, any quiet spot will do: Sitting by the lake, in a hammock or simply watching the sunset.  In whatever way you can, take a moment to break.  Your mind will thank you for it.
